Victorian Bench
Where do we start on this piece? A Jacobean revival bench made in the Victorian era, with barley twist rails and arms ending in hand carved maidens. The bench has black and yellow stripped jute webbing. The seat is coil sprung, hand tied and lashed - and given a top layer of long strand white horse hair to give a timeless crunch of quality padding.
Reupholstered in a Designers Guild Tullos Grass fabric. A gimp pinned inside back allows the show wood to continue all the way to the outside. This piece has real wow factor, one of the best Victorian pieces we’ve had the pleasure to bring back to life.
